Subprocessor List

1. Purpose

This list identifies principal third parties that may process information to provide SMIK-Af. Actual use depends on platform, country, school configuration, and enabled features.

2. Core Providers

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud: authentication, database, file storage, cloud functions, application integrity, crash diagnostics, and supporting infrastructure. Processing locations depend on configured services and provider infrastructure.
• Paystack: payment initiation, processing, verification, refunds, and transaction support where enabled. Paystack's own terms and country availability apply.
• Google Sign-In: optional federated authentication.
• Apple Sign in with Apple: optional federated authentication on supported Apple devices.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: app distribution, installation, updates, and store diagnostics under their independent terms.
• OpenStreetMap contributors and map-tile services configured by SMIK-Af: map display for transport and location features. Device requests may disclose technical information to the relevant tile provider.

3. Provider Changes

SMIK-Af may replace or add providers to improve availability, security, regional support, or compliance. Material changes affecting School Data will be posted here and communicated to institutional customers where required.

4. School-Selected Providers

A school may independently integrate banks, mobile-money services, identity providers, communications tools, or exports. The School is responsible for its independent providers unless SMIK-Af expressly contracts and lists them as subprocessors.

5. Questions and Objections

Institutional customers may contact office.smikaf@gmail.com regarding processing locations, safeguards, or a reasonable legal objection under the Data Processing Agreement.
