1. Ownership

SMIK-Af and its licensors own the Platform software, design, branding, documentation, and original platform materials. Schools and users retain rights in content they lawfully provide.

2. Permitted Use

Authorised users may use Platform materials only for legitimate school and educational purposes under the Terms. Copying, resale, unauthorised adaptation, source extraction, trademark misuse, or removal of ownership notices is prohibited except where law permits.

3. User Content

Upload only content you created, are licensed to use, or are otherwise legally authorised to provide. Submission grants the limited operational licence described in the Terms of Use.

4. Infringement Notices

Send a notice to office.smikaf@gmail.com identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and location, your contact information, your basis for authority, and a good-faith statement. Knowingly false notices may create liability.

5. Response and Review

SMIK-Af may restrict material while consulting the school, uploader, or rights holder. An affected user may submit a reasoned response and evidence of permission. Repeat or serious infringement may lead to account restrictions. Mandatory national procedures control where applicable.
