Accessibility Statement
Effective and Last Updated: July 15, 2026
1. Commitment
SMIK-Af aims to provide inclusive access for users with disabilities across different devices, connectivity levels, languages, and educational settings in Africa.
2. Measures
We work toward clear structure, readable contrast, scalable text, meaningful labels, keyboard and assistive-technology support where applicable, reduced-motion preferences, responsive layouts, and understandable error messages.
3. Limitations
Some school-uploaded documents, third-party maps, generated PDFs, older devices, or content supplied without accessible descriptions may present barriers. Schools are responsible for making their own content and educational materials accessible under applicable law.
4. Assistance and Feedback
Report an accessibility barrier to office.smikaf@gmail.com with the page or feature, device, assistive technology, and preferred contact method. Do not include passwords or sensitive school records. We will assess reasonable improvements and alternative access options.
5. Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is reviewed as the Platform evolves. This statement does not reduce any accessibility or reasonable-accommodation rights under national law.
