• Diagnostics for stability and performance

1.5 Communications

Messages, comments, posts, and reports submitted in TripGuard forums, chats, or safety modules.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve TripGuard
• Verify user identity and prevent unsafe accounts
• Enable driver and rider safety checks
• Process reports, cautions, and incident submissions
• Provide customer support
• Send push notifications and safety updates

3. Sharing of Information

3.1 Service Providers

We share data with trusted vendors including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Google Cloud, analytics, and crash-reporting tools.

3.2 Community Members

Information intentionally submitted in public forums, reports, or safety modules may be visible to other verified TripGuard users. Your personal identity is never publicly displayed.

3.3 Legal Authorities

We may disclose information when required by Ghanaian law, during investigations, or to prevent threats to public safety.

3.4 No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Security

We apply safeguards including encryption, access controls, audit logging, and Firebase security rules.

TripGuard is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, we will delete it promptly.
